UI/UX Designer
Infocredit Group Limited, the leading provider of Credit Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Training, Call Center and Debt Collection solutions in Cyprus, is currently looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering seamless high-end and creative interfaces and interactive experiences for our digital web-based products and websites.

Requirements/Qualifications
- 5 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- A solid understanding of visual elements such as layout, colors, and typography.
-Proven experience of Design hand-off to Web Development.
- Up to date with the latest trends in digital design technologies.
Solid knowledge of the following tools
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Aftereffects
The following will be considered a plus and give you an advantage
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS
- Knowledge in Grid systems for responsive screen sizes.
- WordPress CMS
- Elementor Builder
- Lottiefiles or Bodymovin to produce high-quality micro-animations
- Experience in App design for iOS/Android
- Prototyping knowledge with Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, or any other related prototyping software.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design the look & feel of interactive digital web-based products and websites, from drop-down options to colours, fonts, input fields, navigation menus, tabs, search filters, forms, CTA buttons, and various widgets.
- Design low fidelity wireframe mock-ups to full fidelity User Interfaces for digital products and websites, ensuring the interface and all interactions are intuitive, seamless and User friendly.
- Conceptualize designs and convey project plans to internal teams, clients and management.
- Conduct quality control of completed projects to assess the overall User Experience of a finished product by testing UI elements such as CTAs, input fields, responsive page layout design for multiple screen sizes, page flows, and target links.
- Good time-management skills to adapt, prioritize, organize, and deliver high-pressure projects consistently and within delivery dates.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and other internal and external designers and developers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Seamless design hand-off your finished UI to the web development team using tools such as Figma.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyse and predict user behaviour.
Typical day-to-day activities
- Producing attractive UI designs, interactive experiences and promotional assets for internal and external projects.
- Communicating with senior team members and management to receive feedback.
- Liaising effectively with clients and other team members.
- Supporting teams throughout the execution of projects.
