Business Information Researcher
Infocredit Group Limited, the leading provider of Credit Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Training, Call Center and Debt Collection solutions in Cyprus, is currently looking for a full time Business Information Researcher to join our team.
Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for research, retrieval of data and the preparation of high quality reports.
Requirements/Qualifications
- - Bachelor degree or above
- - 1-2 years working experience in related fields (business information providers, research agencies, client servicing) with general accounting knowledge will be considered an advantage
- - Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Greek
Skills and Characteristics
- - Strong Work Ethic and aptitude for learning
- - Excellent internet research skills
- - Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- - Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools and good typing skills
- - Ability to work under pressure
- - Able to read and understand Financial Statements will be considered an advantage
- - Sensitive to numbers and attention to details
- Responsible, self-motivated and manage multiple research tasks in a timely manner
- Knowledge of performing Due Diligence investigations will be considered an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
- - Is actively involved in the day-to-day activities and procedures.
- - Is actively involved and is able to create Credit Reports.
- - Is actively involved in lead generation
- - Has a clear and thorough knowledge of the company systems and software
- - Collects, processes and inputs / registers information in the database systems
- - Ensures that information in the databank is kept accurate, current and updated in a time-efficient and effective manner and as per required deadlines and guideline.
- - Perform accurate and efficient desk research and interviews needed for Credit Reports.
- - Makes accurate and efficient assessment of Financial data as well as assessment of relationships and operations.
- - Compiling clear, comprehensive and accurate reports
- - Perform quality check to ensure data is accurate
- - In case its needed, conduct telephone interviews with the investigated companies to obtain business information and data
- - Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested from management related to the above role
- - Makes sure that personal daily work targets are met
- - Performs effectively the daily administration of order processing assigned to them and assist other team members in case it’s needed.
