DAC6 reporting and training
DAC6 is an EU regulation that requires lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, bankers and other "intermediaries" to report aggressive cross-border tax arrangements. These “mandatory disclosure requirements” are for tax transactions that cross EU borders and meet certain criteria known as "hallmarks". DAC6 comes into force in 2020 but relevant transactions since June 2018 must be logged and reported.

VinciWorks' DAC6 solution addresses all aspects of compliance with the Directive, from tracking and reporting to training. This includes two new courses and a secure, customisable reporting portal for intermediaries.

DAC6 reporting portal
VinciWorks' DAC6 portal is a secure, enterprise-wide data management tool for recording cross-border tax arrangements that may need to be reported under DAC6. The fully-customisable template collects and records all relevant data in an easily accessible register. The portal can be customised to include questions specific to your industry or organisation.
