Business Reporting Officer

Infocredit Group is a leading provider of business intelligence and risk management solutions for more than 50 years. The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing and is currently looking for a full time Business Reporting Officer to join our team.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Position:

The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, analysing and producing business reports for the organisation's clients.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, business reporting, or a similar role, with a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Greek

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets, performing data cleansing, and validation as necessary.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Knowledge of business processes and familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis:

  1. Collect, validate, and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  3. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to facilitate data analysis and reporting.

• Report Development:

  1. Create and maintain business reports linked to key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Quality Assurance:

  1. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing data validation and quality control measures.
  2. Regularly review and audit reports to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.

• Communication:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business reports.

• Continuous Improvement:

  1. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Performs any duties assigned by the department manager.
