Sales Officer (For local and International business information products)

Infocredit Group is a leading provider of business intelligence and risk management solutions for more than 50 years. The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing and is currently looking for a full time Sales Officer for local and International business information products to join our team.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting our local (Cyprus) and international business information products and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales expertise, and an in-depth understanding of the local and international market.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling information or data services.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Greek
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities
 
  • Sales and Revenue Generation
  1. Prospect, identify, and target potential clients within the assigned local/ international market.
  2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our company information products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management
  1. Build and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  1. Stay informed about local market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  2. Gather market intelligence to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  3. Provide feedback to the company on product enhancements and market demands.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation
  1. Execute the sales strategy and initiatives set by the head of sales.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement local sales plans.
  3. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Documentation
  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
  2. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to head of sales, detailing sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and value proposition.
  2. Stay updated on product enhancements and new offerings.
  3. Convey product knowledge effectively to potential clients.
