Infocredit Group Limited is looking for a driven IT technical support officer to maintain the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. Also, monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, and solve technical problems.
Maintaining the security of the infrastructure and the confidentiality of personal data is of utmost importance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
-
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Testing new technologies
-
Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems

Definition of information security management system consisting of policies, controls and processes compliant to ISO 27001

Support to departments and projects for implementation of information security management system

User account and file management on Active Directory and File Server

Maintaining backups of all systems.

Creating and Updating user mailboxes in Office 365
