Nicos Ioannou holds a degree in Business Administration and has more than 10 years’ experience in Credit Risk Management and Credit Insurance. He currently holds the position of Business Development Director at Infocredit Group. Nicos Ioannou is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), the Credit Services Association (CSA) and has successfully achieved the Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI). Moreover, Nicos Ioannou is a certified mediator and board member of the Cyprus Mediation Association as well as a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

Athos Kyranides studied Economics at LSE and qualified as Chartered Accountant in London with KPMG. He worked for 12 years at the Bank of Cyprus where he set up and managed the first factoring company in Cyprus, the first factoring company in Greece and the first venture capital company in Cyprus. Since 2003 he has been operating his own management consulting practise specializing in strategic and financial management. He serves as a director on the boards of public and private companies as well as non-profit organizations.

Natalie Kafandari is the Operations Manager of Infocredit Group. She studied Business Administration and has a 9-year track record in various positions within the company. Her main areas of expertise are Corporate & Credit Risk Assessment and Data Management & Analysis. Having worked on several major projects, including the development and integration of systems with large data and building risk profiling models, her experience has given her a unique perspective when providing actionable insight on Credit Risk Assessment and Management.
