Position:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Group customers receive the best quality customer care and support.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Working experience in related fields will be considered an advantage
- Excellent Command of Written and Spoken English language
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests
- Performs excellent Customer Relation Management (CRM)
- Deals with customer complaints in a professional manner
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff
- Word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
