Customer Support Officer

Position:

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Group customers receive the best quality customer care and support.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Working experience in related fields will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent Command of Written and Spoken English language
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests
  • Performs excellent Customer Relation Management (CRM)
  • Deals with customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
