Training Division Manager
Infocredit Group is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to employ as a full-time Training Division Manager.
Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management or equivalent

Master’s degree in Business / Management or equivalent
-
Excellent Command of Written and Spoken Greek and English Language
-
Excellent Knowledge of Computer Skills (Microsoft/ Internet etc.)

Min 2-3 Years of Previous Working Experience in the Training Industry

e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Strong report writing and record-keeping ability

Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Identify and assess current and future training trends and needs
-
Identify sales leads, promote products to new clients and maintain good relationships with new contracts
-
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
-
Develop Business Training programs and Business Plans
-
Oversee the implementation of the Training program and assess its outcomes.

Follow through all Subsidized courses from submission to final payment
-
Create brochures and training materials and Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
-
Prepare and implement the Training division budget
-
Evaluate market needs and plan training programs accordingly
-
Providing logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, and cost management
-
Establish and adjust prices, quotas by monitoring costs, competition, trends, and supply and demand
-
Achieve growth by expanding the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
-
Provide feedback for all cases/clients/request that fall under his/her responsibility
-
Liaise with other departments so that all the clients’ needs are taken care of according to requirements

Respect and maintain as confidential all information or data relating to the company's operations

Establish objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas; projecting expected volumes
