Sales and Administration officer for the professional education department

Infocredit Group a leading provider of business intelligence and risk management solutions for more than 50 years is currently looking to recruit a full time Sales and Administration officer for the professional education department. The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Position:
The successful candidate will be assisting in sales for the professional Education Department Platform , as well as providing general administrative support.
Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Office administration or equivalent
• Previous Working Experience in sales or similar position
• Knowledge of ANAD procedures and ERMIS system will be considered an advantage
• Excellent Command of Written and Spoken Greek and English Language Skills and Characteristics
• Strong organizational skills • presentation skills and attention to detail
• ability to plan, work on own initiative and meet deadlines
• ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks and workload
• Tact, discretion, reliability, honesty and respect for confidentiality
• Teamwork skills
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques will be a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
• Searching for potential customers to create sales opportunities
• Contacting existing and new customers to present professional training opportunities
• Provide both clerical and administrative support to the Training department
• Plan, organize and administer the activities of the Training department effectively
• To represent the Training department and attend professional meetings as authorized by his/her immediate supervisor
• Coordinate and implement office procedures
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate
• Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments
• Organize and attend meetings
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Oversee the implementation of the Training program
• Reviewing and customizing ads
• Handling any requests from the customers
