Infocredit Group Limited, the leading provider of Credit Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Training, Call Center and Debt Collection solutions in Cyprus, is currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketeer to join our team.
Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching potential customers with messages to help them at each stage of their buying journey and enjoy creating campaigns that will help leads turn into happy customers.
This role will report to the CTO, will sit in a Digital Marketing team of 3, and will work closely with the Group’s Marketing Department. This person will be supervising and guiding the efforts of the rest of the Digital Marketing team.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
- Technical expert, with strong evidence of experience in previous roles that shows that they are proficient in channels (PPC, SEO)
- Working experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google ads certification a plus.
- Experience with the measurement of digital marketing performance metrics and the tracking of ROI.
- Strong project management skills, the ability to drive digital marketing execution within strict launch timelines, while managing the expectations of various stakeholders across the organization. Experience managing and prioritizing large volume of campaigns.
- Analytical skills, understand how to interpret data and apply various digital marketing approaches based on the goal, objective and audience: awareness building, new contact acquisition. Strong understanding of the lead funnel and digital journey mapping.
- Team player, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills with a positive attitude. Clear and consistent communicator with stakeholder teams across the business.
- Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain social media presence for internal properties and external clients
- Define, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Track and report on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic, and SEO performance.
- Identifying trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
